  • Events (birthdays, family gatherings, karate sessions, etc.) – from $250/hour. 15–25 pictures per hour. (*)

Why do photographers charge these rates?

Photography isn’t just about pressing the shutter. My rates include:
✔️ Professional gear & lenses
✔️ Shooting time & preparation
✔️ High-quality editing and retouching
✔️ Online gallery or digital delivery
✔️ Licensing for personal use

Do you require a deposit?

Yes. A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date and time. The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the shoot. Payments can be done via Zelle or PayPal.

What if I’m not satisfied with my photos?

My goal is always your satisfaction. While refunds aren’t possible after a session, I will gladly work with you to make adjustments through editing—or even schedule a reshoot when appropriate.

 Do you travel?

No. I am based in Spring Hill, Hernando County, Florida and serve local areas.

🚗 Travel Policy

Travel within 30 minutes of Spring Hill is included in all sessions at no additional cost.

For locations requiring more than 30 minutes of travel, a small travel fee applies to cover time and expenses:

  • $0.65 per mile beyond 30 miles round trip, or

  • A flat rate based on travel time (starting at $50/hour).

For long-distance or destination sessions, all travel expenses (such as gas, tolls, lodging, or flights) will be discussed and agreed upon prior to booking.

This ensures I can bring you the same high-quality service no matter where your special moments take place.

ðŸŒ… Why Shoot Early in the Morning (Golden Hour)?

Photographers often call the first hour after sunrise the golden hour—and for good reason. At this time of day, the sun sits low on the horizon, creating a warm, soft light that’s flattering for both landscapes and portraits. Shadows are longer and gentler, adding depth and drama without being harsh.

Shooting early in the morning also means calmer conditions: fewer people around, less wind. Colors appear richer, skies look more vibrant, and the overall atmosphere feels calm and magical—perfect for capturing unforgettable photos. All these are ideal conditions for Karate Sessions!

If you want images with warmth, mood, and natural beauty, there’s no better time than golden hour.

⏱️ Turnaround Time for Photo Sessions

  • Portrait & Lifestyle Sessions and Karate Sessions – 5 to 7 business days

  • Events (parties, family gatherings, etc.) – 1 to 2 weeks

  • Weddings & Large Events – 3 to 4 weeks (highlight previews usually within a few days)

  • Commercial/Business Photography – 5 to 10 business days (depending on scope)

Rush delivery is available upon request.

ðŸ“¸ Usage Rights for Paid Photos

  • Personal Photography Sessions (families, portraits, weddings, sports, etc.):
Clients usually receive personal usage rights. This means you can print, share online, and enjoy your photos freely for personal use. You cannot, however, sell the photos or use them for commercial purposes without additional permission or licensing.

  • Commercial / Business Photography (events, branding, products, etc.):
A commercial license is required. This gives businesses the right to use the photos for marketing, websites, social media, and advertising. The scope (where and how long the photos can be used) is usually agreed upon in advance.

  • Copyright:
By law, the photographer retains copyright to all images they create unless they formally transfer it (rare and usually expensive). What clients buy are usage rights, not the copyright itself.

Every session is more than just photos—it’s about capturing memories and moments you’ll treasure.

(*) Karate sessions usually last about 1 hour. Events of any type—including sports events, birthdays, family gatherings, and more—typically take 2 or more hours. Please keep that in mind.
